For each exhibitor, one or more stands can be managed, which can be created independently of the exhibitor. In this way, they can also be assigned to the exhibitors only after the layout has been planned.
Once the exhibitor has been created, a booth is assigned to it ("booth number, size, remark"). The assignment of a stand can also be done at a later time.
If an exhibitor has booked several booths at a trade fair, these can simply be created for the exhibitor in the organizer area using the "Add booth" button. Any number of booths can be assigned per exhibitor.
Multiple stands are then displayed in the stand overview in the exhibitor area , these are displayed and managed independently in the exhibitor area (under "Stands").
Multiple booths are displayed below each other in the card on the right. You can add as many booths as you like.
However, the problem then arises that there are some articles in the store that are stand-independent (e.g., advertising materials), while supply services or rental furniture are stand-dependent. In the article management in the organizer area there is therefore a suitable click field stand-specific. If this is activated, a dropdown field is displayed in the store for each of these items, in which the exhibitor must specify the trade fair stand to which the order applies. This enables the service providers to clearly process the ordered stand-specific items at a later stage.
Stands can also be deleted, even if stand-specific items have already been booked for this stand. This makes it possible to assign a different stand to the exhibitor even though orders already exist. However, the stand number is then no longer displayed in the order overview.
Especially if the planning is done after a large part of the available space has been sold, it simplifies the work enormously to list all exhibitors who do not yet have a booth and to enter all booths there. In the dropdown menu in the exhibitor overview there is the menu item Assign booths.
A sub-exhibitor can actually be entered in the same way as a main exhibitor. The difference is that the sub-exhibitor is assigned an "empty" stand, i.e., as described above in step 4, a stand is also created, but with the stand size of 0.00 m width and depth. In this "Stands" dialog box, it is then selected to which main exhibitor this sub-exhibitor belongs.
