Available standard modules in the exhibitor area

If an organizer would like to explicitly point out to exhibitors once again the legal obligations that arise in connection with participation in the trade fair, the GTC confirmation is suitable when registering for the first time.

The background to this is that various chargeable services can be ordered in the exhibitor area. However, there is no classic checkout in profairs, with which the GTC are usually confirmed. It can also be used to indicate that the exhibitor is fully liable for his entry on the trade fair website or that he has taken note of the rules and regulations.

To activate this function, all that is required is to enter a text under Trade Fair ManagementTexts that is assigned to the section General Terms and Conditions Confirmation. The exhibitor will then only see this text when he logs into his exhibitor area for the first time. With the text Checkbox GTC confirmation a confirmation field will be displayed below the text. A maximum of 3 checkboxes are available, which must be clicked.

As soon as the GTC have been confirmed by the exhibitor, this is noted internally with a date-time stamp, the query no longer appears the next time the exhibitor logs in.

The query only appears if the exhibitor logs in to the exhibitor area. If the organizer calls up the store via the organizer area under exhibitors, the query does not appear. This allows the organizer to make changes to the store or exhibitor area at any time, even if the exhibitor has not yet confirmed the GTC.
